TRUE BLUE BBQ BUFFET

Mini pulled pork sandwiches topped with our tangy slaw
Baby back ribs
Smoked, sliced, boneless chicken breast surrounding a platter of our sweet potato salad.
Beans; a delicious combo of black, kidney and cannellini
Cornbread served with a chipotle-lime butter
True Blue’s Southern vinegar sauce and Northern sweet sauce

True Blue is very generous with its portions and the above is recommended for a dinner.
The cost is $16.00 per person without the smoker. Beautiful platters and chafing dishes are available for a small fee. Staff is available for delivery, set up, service and cleaning.
The cost for staff is $25.00 per hour and staffing is based upon size of party.
The cost is $21 per person if you would like us to arrive with the smoker. There is a 40 person minimum to arrive with the smoker and the price includes all serving utensils, platters, chafing dishes and staff for 2 hours based upon 40 people.

A typical luncheon buffet might include the following:
Mini pulled pork or smoked chicken salad sandwiches
Sweet potato salad
Brownie and seasonal fruit
Suggested additions would be ribs, beans or smoked chicken corn chowder.

Appetizers:
Fresh blueberry salsa with blue corn chips
Smoked, sliced sausages served with mustard and an apple aioli

True blue can customize any menu and will gladly accommodate any dietary restrictions.
